Born and raised up in Holly Springs Baptist Church, I have great joy to now be the Pastor of this beautiful church in Loganville, Georgia! At the age of 11, I was saved and then later baptized here as well. I left, and went to Hog Mountain Baptist Church in Dacula, Georgia in 2017. God called me to preach in 2019, and with the help of our Lord, I delivered my first sermon on Fathers Day, 2019.  After serving at Hog Mountain for several years, God called us into the youth ministry and I filled the role of Youth Pastor from 2023 until 2024, when God called again, but this time as Pastor at Holly Springs Baptist Church! My burden is to see the lost saved, the broken repaired, and the saints edified under Gospel preaching led by the Holy Spirit!

Kody Wood was married to Katie on November 11, 2017. 

Kody was blessed to meet Katie in high school, began dating after graduation, and led her to the Lord. She was saved and baptized at Holly Springs Baptist Church in 2013. 

Kody and Katie welcomed their first daughter, Skylin, into this world September 2019. They welcomed their second daughter, Emersyn, into this world April 2024. 

        We are thrilled and excited to serve the Lord as a family at Holly Springs Baptist Church and look forward to everything the Lord will do!
